Long-term rental of the house can be for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
Upon check-in, a mandatory deposit of BGN 500 (five hundred leva) is required, which is returned on the day of departure, after a preliminary check of the electricity, water and equipment bills.
Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 22:00, and check-out is until 12:00. Advance reservations are required for later arrivals or departures.
